Network membership affects access, priority, tools, and routing. Payment, escrow, warranty, and TrueBuild economics are confirmed per project or agreement.

Pricing by business model

Not one blended offer.

The same job engine supports three different commercial relationships.

1 · Network Membership

For routed TrueBuild jobs

Contractors join the controlled network to receive eligible TrueBuild-originated job opportunities based on trade, service area, availability, quality, and tier.

  • Free, Preferred, and Pro/Market Partner options
  • Access and priority are not guaranteed volume
  • Performance or take-rate terms may apply by job
2 · Partner Brand Growth

Keep your brand. TrueBuild powers your revenue engine.

For established businesses where the partner brand stays front and center while TrueBuild runs campaigns, intake, sales, estimating support, portal, scheduling, reporting, and client-rep workflow.

  • Custom retainer, setup, and performance terms
  • Partner brand is shown first
  • TrueBuild earns on TrueBuild-originated jobs
3 · Owned Local Brand Operators

Selected operator partnerships

For TrueBuild-owned or controlled local brands, the brand and homeowner relationship are managed through TrueBuild systems. Operators/subcontractors fulfill scoped work under separate agreements.

  • Not public self-serve pricing
  • Labor payout, profit share, or production terms by agreement
  • Used for controlled local brand expansion
The difference

Not another lead site.

Lead-gen platforms sell contact information and walk away. TrueBuild generates, sells, scopes, estimates, schedules, and manages ready-to-go jobs through a controlled dispatch network.

FAQ

Questions crews ask us.

Membership
Do I have to give up my own brand?
It depends on the lane. In Partner Brand Growth, your brand stays first and TrueBuild appears as the powered-by growth/operations layer. In TrueBuild Network jobs, TrueBuild is the main homeowner-facing entry point and the selected contractor partner is disclosed before commitment or work begins.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment terms are confirmed in each project agreement. Eligible backed jobs may use milestone releases or escrow-style payment administration, with releases following the approval terms in that agreement.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing to apply for Network Free. Paid network tiers add priority, visibility, tools, and market/category preference. Partner Brand Growth is custom premium work for established businesses. Owned local brand operator partnerships are selected separately and are not self-serve pricing.
Which trades and areas are you routing now?
We route work across every home trade — exterior (roofing, siding, windows, gutters), interior and remodels (kitchens, baths, additions, flooring, paint), home systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, solar), and outdoor and structural (decks, patios, fencing, landscaping, concrete). We're live in select markets and adding cities as the network grows.
Who deals with the homeowner?
We do. A dedicated client rep handles scheduling, daily updates, and any concerns from first contact to final walkthrough. You focus on the build.
How do you make money if I keep the job?
TrueBuild earns through membership, setup/retainer fees, performance fees, take rates, margin on TrueBuild-originated jobs, and owned-brand project economics. The exact structure depends on whether the job is a network job, partner-brand job, or owned local brand job.
Assured
What does Assured cover?
Assured is the operating layer behind eligible backed jobs: provider vetting, written scope, payment terms, milestone approvals, client-rep communication, warranty intake, and issue-path coordination.
Is Assured a blank-check guarantee?
No. Coverage depends on the signed scope, approved materials, workmanship standards, warranty window, and any exclusions listed before the job starts. It is designed to make accountability clear, not open-ended.
Who handles quality issues or warranty claims?
TrueBuild receives the issue, reviews the scope and milestone records, coordinates with the crew, and manages the make-it-right path when the issue falls under the agreed warranty terms.
